Background
Tata Chemicals Magadi is Africa’s largest soda ash manufacturer and one of Kenya’s leading exporters. Established in 1911 as Magadi Soda Company, the company has been producing natural soda ash at Lake Magadi, Kenya, for over a hundred years.
Purpose:
TCML is committed to fostering the development of young talent by providing a structured and supportive environment that facilitates learning, growth, and contribution to the organization. Although the GMT program does not give a guarantee of employment at TCML after completion, they prepare the trainees by giving them the necessary on-the-job experience.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Graduated in the academic year 2023/2024 with a Bachelor’s degree in either:
Computer Science/Information Technology, or related;
Analytical Chemistry;
Law (Completed KSL and admitted to the bar);
Supply Chain Management (CIPS certification is an added advantage).
Attained a minimum of 2nd Class Upper division.
